Our finish pictures feature Lynx™ precision cameras and are the actual photo used to assign your boat's race time. By ordering one of these photos, you see the finish as the camera sees it, pixel by pixel. It's just like standing on the finish line, a view normally restricted to officials. |

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long does it take to receive pictures?
A: 2-3 weeks (10-15 business days?). Due to expected high demand we encourage you to order quickly after the event but be patient in receiving the product. We will be offering online tracking of the pictures.
Q: Can I see a bigger image?
A: When you first preview an image on our site it is resized to easily fit your screen. If you click on the image it will open the picture in a larger window. In most internet browsers you can resize the image to be bigger.
Q: Do you accept American Express?
A: Not at the time. Only Visa, Mastercard
Q: What size are the pictures?
A: 8 x 10 glossy
Q: Can I order the picture framed?
A: Not at this time. Check back about once a month. We plan to introduce more options.
Q: Why would I want to order a FinishLynx photo?
A: FinishLynx photos are taken in a unique format. The distortion is a result of the precision with which the camera takes one-pixel slices as a boat crosses the line. Where else can you get a photo with a time scale across the bottom showing exactly when each boat crossed the line and what the margin is between crews?

Q: With smaller boats how come you don't always show the overlap between places?
A: After the race concludes one of our trained staff members exports a picture from our archival photo. When the image is exported we strive to maintain the biggest possible picture that still fits within an 8 x 10 picture with results. For singles, this often mean that first and second were far enough apart that our staff felt it would result in an picture larger than the 10 inch margin. Our pictures are an export of the original.
